AI with Kai is a podcast hosted by Kai Gray. This page explains what information we collect through aiwithkai.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- When you download the free guide: your first name and email address, which you submit through our signup form.
- When you contact us, pitch a guest appearance, or ask about sponsorship: the name, email, and message details you enter in those forms.
- Anonymous usage analytics: aggregate, privacy-friendly page and event statistics (via Umami). We do not use cookies for tracking, and these analytics do not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To deliver the free guide you requested.
- To send occasional emails from AI with Kai — new episodes, useful AI tips, and the occasional note. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To respond to guest, sponsor, and contact inquiries.
- To understand, in aggregate, what content resonates so we can make a better show.
Email and how it's handled
We use Kit (an email service provider) to manage our email list and send messages. Your email is stored with Kit under their privacy and security practices. Contact-form messages are delivered to us by email through our hosting provider. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Sponsors
Our episodes and the free guide are supported by sponsors. Sponsors may receive aggregate numbers — for example, how many people downloaded the guide. Sponsors do not receive your name, email, or any other personal details.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Ask us to delete the information we hold about you by emailing kai@aiwithkai.com.
